Finding time to enjoy moments of calm in #nature is as important for our #health, mental and physical as having good #nutrition. Or perhaps a bit more.
There should really be no special reason to eat #berries. I mean look at them: they look just like they taste - delicious! But since this is a nutrition instagram account here's some info for you:

Most people drink #coffee to wake up and be #productive and they try to quit it for #health concerns. It turns out, however, that if your goal is #productivity you might be better off without coffee, and if your goal is better health, probably you should keep drinking it.
